Silverskin Coffee Roasters
We roast to have big full flavours. Our coffee is strong and not bitter. We love to caramelise sugars. We generally roast to a medium level. Our roast style lets the coffee cut through milk with lots of flavour and is sweet and delicious black. We don’t like burnt flavours.
If it’s a lighter or darker roast we’ll make it clear in the description. That being said it’s never dark. We don’t do that.
