We are an ethical business. We take sustainability within the coffee industry seriously and only buy from suppliers who can provide traceability for their coffees and ensure every step along the way is profitable for the entire supply chain. We support farmers who implement environmentally conscious farming practices as much as possible, and we pay a fair price for their coffee. We don’t put out tenders for the cheapest coffee available. We don’t buy Fairtrade, instead we ensure the coffee we buy is simply fairly traded by ensuring the farmers get more than the Fairtrade price. This also encourages the producer to produce their coffee to a higher standard than the low quality the Fairtrade program encourages.
